• After installation, it was not possible to access the website. Even the dashboard could not be opened. In both cases only white screen was shown. I had to delete the plug in manually from the server.

    I would like to help you resolve the issue. Would you be able to set WP_DEBUG to true in your wp-config.php file and then reinstall the plugin? It should display an error message that will help us narrow down the problem.
