    Hi there.

    I just tried your plugin.
I wanted new orders to start with €20420, setting all parameters.
Then I created a new order and the number was #9…

    Any idea ?

    Thanks.

    Hi @patrickhaond,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Please deactivate and reactivate the plugin, then set the order number format to “[Prefix][Number]” with the prefix as “€” and choose your desired starting number from the sequential plugin settings page. Once done, please check again.

Please note that the “#” symbol displayed on the order list page is added by WooCommerce, and we don’t have control over removing it. Thanks for your understanding.

If the issue persists, kindly share a screenshot of the plugin settings page (WooCommerce > Settings > Sequential Order Numbers) and the order list page for a better understanding.

Kindly mask any user-sensitive information when sharing the screenshot requested above. You may share the details via?this link?if you have any privacy concerns.

Thank you for the answer, it seems to be interfering with another plugin.

    Hi @patrickhaond,

Could you kindly confirm if the issue with the order number occurs in the PDF document generated and on other pages associated with the Flexible PDF Invoices for WooCommerce & WordPress plugin, or on the WooCommerce order list page?

If the issue is happening when generating the invoice document, it appears that the plugins you are using may be pulling the?post_id?(which is the WooCommerce order ID) instead of the custom sequential order number generated by our plugin.
    ?
Unfortunately, this issue cannot be fixed solely from our end. We recommend contacting the plugin or system vendor and requesting that they retrieve the order number using?$order->get_order_number()?rather than referencing?$order->id?or?$order->get_id(). This will ensure that the correct sequential order number is used instead of the internal WooCommerce order ID.
