    I understand that receiving critical feedback can be tough. It’s hard to make a better product, and better documentation, if you’re not willing to hear what users of your product are saying.     You have never raised a ticket to address the issue. The plugin documentation is detailed enough for such a simple plugin. You have never said anything before posting this rating. I always listen to everything my users are saying, but you said nothing.

    Again, this feels like a malicious review. I don’t know you personally, and I don’t know the reason for this.
