Doesnt work !

  • I bought the pro Version installed uploaded the images into the upload folder. Scan it with media sinc (found). Checked the needed Files , started import section, i looked into the libery, the files name are there without thumbnail, hmm ok, klicked to see the picture, was returned to 404, tryed to download so result picture is not there

    Hi @alekte, I’m sorry to hear it didn’t work for you. Are you maybe using it on windows server? Because support for that is coming in the following days (it’s already available in latest beta version).

    Or do you see any errors if you go to Settings -> Media Sync Pro -> Logs? You can also share this privately via support: https://users.freemius.com/store/6428/support/

    I hope we can find the issue and make it work in your case. But either way, you can request a refund and it should be automatically processed (within 14 days of purchase).
