Hi. I didn’t create a support request as you were very clear that you only provide limited support due to it being a free plugin – totally understandable. So rather than bother you, I went through the first few support requests and did what you suggested on those – turn off the admin interface and turn it back on (possibly incorrect terminology). About 4 support requests down, there is one with the exact problem as I have, even with a screen shot. You told them to do the above sugggestion. When that didn’t work, your next request was to turn off every plugin then turn each one back on individually to see which plugin is the problem. Or to buy the paid plugin. They eventually came back and said they had to turn WooCommerce off to get it to work, while others in the thread said they had the same problem and turning off WooCommerce hadn’t worked. Unfortunately, I was not willing to turn off functionality to the front end of my site where my customers are, when I only wanted your plugin for cosmetic reasons on the backend. For the same reason, I didn’t need all the features of your paid plugin.
There are other reviews saying this plugin is not currently working with WooCommerce, so I’m not the only one in this situation.
I have since found another plugin that does what I needed without all the hours I spent mucking around on this one. I think your plugin looks great and I really hope you get the current issues sorted out with it, but I won’t be submitting a support request as I no longer have this plugin, however I will upgrade my rating from 1 star to 3 stars due to the fast response you gave on here.
