    Hello @lfernand

Please make sure that the page set as Checkout contains the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode.

Please provide a link to the page and share a screenshot with the settings of the field that should be visible in the form.

It always shows my original checkout page, not the new one. I’m new to this support forum so I’m not sure how it works. My site is still in development and not accessible by the public, so I can’t provide a link to the page. Am I able to post a screenshot here?

    Hello @lfernand

You can paste a link to a screenshot file hosted online.

Please remember about the shortcode I mentioned. The fields work on a page that is set in WooCommerce as Checkout and that has this shortcode inserted.

The top image is the shortcode on the checkout page. The bottom image is my checkout page. The Flexible Checkout Fields information does not display on the checkout page.

    Hello @lfernand

Please make sure that another plugin is not interfering with Checkout – I am talking about another plugin that changes checkout fields.
I see that the form is missing some standard fields such as Street address and Town/City – which suggests that the form has been modified somehow.

I also suggest changing the theme to a standard one e.g. Storefront. Sometimes theme CSS hides fields such as checkboxes.

My site is for digital downloads only so those fields were hidden as they were not needed. I unhid them but it did not make any difference. I have decided not to use the plugin so you can close out this issue.

If another user encounters a similar problem:
The solution will be to reset the entire section which will restore the default settings of the fields. The reset button is located in the lower right corner of the settings panel.

I am closing the thread as requested.
