DOESN’T WORK!

THIS PLUGIN SHOULD BE MARKED AS ‘NO LONGER BEING UPDATED’!
Worked fine initially, then suddenly stopped working, lets you select your date of birth but nothing happens when you click the button. I notified the plugin creator who said they weren’t working on it any more and wanted 100 Euros per hour to fix it!
