    I have reached out to stripe, klarna, woocommerce and no one has any answers and they all say it’s the plugin.

    Interestingly you reached out to everyone but the plugin authors before leaving your review. Had you created a support request, we could have informed you that Stripe is tracking an internal issue with Klarna where some accounts are being affected.
