Doesn’t work

I have tried a couple times now, but even though I bought the unlimited extension to import the file of my site, it doesn’t work. The restoration of the file takes so long, I’ve had to keep my computer on overnight for a few nights, and it gets stuck at 97%. This plugin has completely failed for me.
