Doesn’t work

  • I installed the plugin and entered the tracking code into the corresponding field but the tracking pixel isn’t firing. I’ve tried two different pixels and neither one fires using this plugin.

    I am so sorry for the experience you have had.

    Are you using FaceBook pixels to track the event firing? From our end, we are unable to find such an issue, please check the video

    Please install the FaceBook pixel helper extension to check the events fired from the WooCommerce Conversion Tracking plugin.
