• Had lots of back and forth with customer service, but was not able to resolve the issues. There was a language barrier as well, so it was frustrating. (They’re not native English speakers) A month later, I still don’t have a working product feed.

    We’ve had a phone call, 20+ emails, and I’d rather not waste my time further trying to find a solution. If you could issue me a refund instead although it’s been a few months, that would be great!

Unfortunately, we couldn’t locate any pending customer issues for the product in our helpdesk by going through the past few weeks tickets. It will be really great if you could mention the ORDER NUMBER and the support TICKET ID to help us to locate the issue.

    And if you would like to get a refund for the premium version of the plugin, you can contact us through the same support form and mention the Order Number and the Details.
