    Let me understand something …

When I install the plugin if I decide to press “skip”, or not to subscribe to freemiums and not to give access permissions to my data or those of my site to freemiums, this plugin does not work?
    I see everything white …

say it first you want all my data to be able to use the plugin at least …

I still can’t figure out if the plugin doesn’t work on its own or if it doesn’t work because I haven’t given it those permissions …

    Edit 20/10/2020

Support replied very quickly (maybe only Divi support is that fast) and the problem seems to be gone.

I don’t quite understand what caused that graphics problem, but now everything seems to be working fine.

    That’s okay!
Finally I can collect data from elementor and CF7 with just one plugin … Very convenient!

After some testing I found that it’s not giving access or not …

The plugin shows a blank page and neither works nor displays anything if I have activated both elementor pro and Contact form 7 …
if I deactivate one of the 2 it returns to work …

what a pity … it seemed like a good idea … and I thought it worked to collect data from both … not just one of them …

is it a bug or does it work just like that?

    Hi @roccocontillo

I am sorry for the issue that you are facing. Our plugin works with all the supported form plugins even if they are activated together.

Subscribing for Freemius is optional. No functionality is restricted if you skip it.

Please check if there is any javascript error browsers console when you get that blank screeen.
Also can you provide me the System Info. You can find this info compiled under Elementor -> System Info.

Please send a support request here https://formvibes.com/get-support/ (with the info I am mentioned above)

    Hi Anand,

I will send a support request directly to you then.
But in these cases, does the plugin still keep the information sent by the forms?

I ask you to know how it would work if it ever happened after using and activating it, and then left as the only plugin that keeps the form info …

    Regards,
    Rocco.

Hi, I have similiar problem. I allowed freemius to collect my data, still I only get blank pages for all your plugin links.

    Hello shamsdev,

we are solving the problems with support … I suggest you write directly to support.

apparently it shows a blank page right after installing it.
Then after submitting the form it starts working …

Maybe it doesn’t work when there are 0 form submissions …
even though I think it’s strange, it shouldn’t work like that …

    Regards
    Rocco.

We have resolved this issue. As mentioned it is happening only when you multiple supported form plugins and not forms are detected.
An update will be available tomorrow that will fix this issue.

Thakyou Anand, i just disabled CF7 and only uses elementor form. Please let me know if you have a pro version of this that support mail reply features.

Yes we can consider the reply option as a future enhancement. But it is always a good idea to reply through your email account so that you can keep track of whole future communication at one place.
