• Hi,
I found out why it was not working on my standalone WooCommerce site:
The product was VIRTUAL, and hence, did not require shipping.
Therefore, your plugin works on a WordPress single-site installation.

Unfortunately, I could not get it to work on a WordPress/WooCommerce MULTISITE installation. I could not disable all the plugins on the clients site as it is a live site, however, this is probably something that would be good if you tested since it is your plugin. I will try and change my reviews if I can.

Top marks for the quick replies, and if you could confirm/deny the Multisite compatibility with your plugin that would be great.

    Michael.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the plugin.

Does your site also have a shipping address listed/available?

The plugin was created to ONLY work with shipping addresses.

    Examples:

    • Billing & Shipping Address: Only checks shipping address
    • Billing Address Only: Checks the billing address

    Hi,

    Thanks for your quick reply.

I have checked “ship to a different address” which opened up the shipping address options.

I typed “po box” in the address fields (now in billing & shipping address fields) and the order still went through. ??

    Thanks for the screenshots.

I’m snagging a vanilla WordPress install and going to test it myself with the following:

    – WordPress: 5.2.4
    – WooCommerce: 3.7.1
    – WooCommerce: No PO Boxes: 2.0.7

Through my testing I’m finding that the plugin is working as designed.

    Here are a few screenshots:

There may be a few reasons that this isn’t working:

    1. The theme is doing something interrupting the plugin
    2. Another plugin is doing something that interrupts the plugin
    3. The plugin isn’t active
    4. The settings for the shipping zone you’re using is set to allow PO Boxes

Are you able to disable all plugins except for WooCommerce/No Po Boxes and test again?

@miwebdesigns I just launched 2.0.8 within the past few days that fixed issues related to the plugin working when stripe was being used as the payment method.

This would have also applied if braintree or another inline credit card form payment method was being used.

It was found by another user that initially reported a multi-site issue but realized that it wasn’t multi-site but the payment method being used.

    Let me know.
