    In order to better assist you, we’d need additional information. In particular, we’d appreciate it if you could respond to the following questions:

    1. Are you running the latest version of WordPress v5.2.2 and Yoast SEO v11.5?
    2. Do you get any errors when you launch the configuration wizard?
    3. Is it a given settings page in the wizard that is not working or it’s the wizard that doesn’t open at all? Please, elaborate on the exact problem you’ve encountered.
    4. Does the problem still happen when all non-Yoast plugins are deactivated and your theme is on Twenty Nineteen? As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts.

    That said, you can use the wizard manually as explained in this KB article.
