    Hi,
It seems the theme may be activated after this plugin setup.can you please check the folder(flatsome/woocommerce/checkout) under your theme is renamed to (checkout-test).If it is not you have to reconfigure the plugin settings .Or either rename this folder manually.
If you still face the issue please let me know.

    Thanks

Hello. Even though the procedure is done, the check is not in 3 columns as shown in the image. I manually renamed the folder and it still does not work. The only thing that changes is the style of bo?o but it remains in a single column, getting in the second column only the checkbox to deliver in a different address?

Its plugin looks ideal, but it still does not work on the flatsome.

    Hi ,
i tested your issue with flatsome and found there is a file named(themes/flatsome/page-checkout.php).This file is actually forcing to use theme’s style for checkout page.Try renaming this file to see the plugin design.

Do let me know if still any issue.

    Thanks

Even renaming the file remains as before.

I have already tried to rename this file you mentioned and also the checkout folders of the flatosome and also the child theme. But nothing solved.

    Hi,
If it is not working then there is definately something which is overiding the checkout process.it may be any other plugin regarding checkout or custom code. As per compatibility test with flatsome theme the only reason was mentioned file.
You can share your websote details if comfortable . Else try resolving by deactivating plugins or changing theme to find the issue.

    Thanks.

Hi. I found the problem. Just rename the WooCommerce folder of your plugin to woocommerce with lowercase letters that the plugin works.
