doesnt work

unfortunately, it seems that we haven’t provided enough information for each user about the use of the plugin yet.

Can you give us some more background information about what has already been done by your side and what doesn’t work?

Considering the vast amount of plugins and themes all being published from different developers in different qualities and assuming that you might be using a few other plugins: maybe it’s a conflict between plugins rather than one specific plugin is not working.

Having that said, isn’t it a bit harsh to give this plugin a one-star-rating instead of initially using the support-forum and give the community or even the plugin-author a chance to help you? He seems to be very responsive and supporting anyway.
