Doesn’t work

Have tried this in a very vanilla wordpress install using Gutenberg both in 2017 theme and the storefront woocommerce theme and doesn’t offer any options in the page editor. I can only assume its broken. On the support forum in www.remarpro.com there seem to be a few similar comments and they have gone unanswered.
