    Good morning,

    Thanks for test our plugin. As you can see in other reviews this plugin works perfectly. Maybe you don’t know how to use it.

    Please tell us your problem and we tell you how to do it.

    And yes, we use dozens of our hours for free giving the best and fast support (sorry for the delay answering but we are out for office for holidays).

    It is hard for us to see a so bad review from a person who have not asked before in the plugin’s forum.

    We are waiting for helping us. I hope your users and customers value your work.

    After some time you have not answered. We only want to help but your reviews are only two and both of them are really negative.

    Please consider the work we do for the community.

    @carazo This is a review. No one needs to get a perfect grade here and it’s a total of 6 words. It’s not a particularly useful review but it will not be removed as it is not abusive and it is not spam.

    Please do not report it again.

    @jdembowski,

    Ok I won’t do it. Anyway I read that this tag was created to mark trolls and spam. Ok this is not spam. But where is the frontier between being a troll and a an user like this that says not work but he has not made any question before?

    From my modest point of view, I think WordPress plugin authors must be protected by moderators in this cases. It would be great if the people that make the bad review should have asked before a support thread and finally if this plugin really does not work for him, he would have created this review (maybe a little more useful review).

    In order to avoid this kind of messages, I won’t use the modlook anymore.

    You read correctly but the mistake you made is that this is not trolling and it is certainly not spam.

    From my modest point of view, I think WordPress plugin authors must be protected by moderators in this cases.

    That is incorrect. Plugin and theme authors do not get any special privileges and are no different from any user on these forums from a moderator’s point of view. If someone is being abusive then that is dealt with regardless of who reports it or where on this site it is.

    This review is not that. That you disagree with this review doesn’t make it trolling.
