  • Hi there! Thanks for trying my plugin. ??

I can see that you have currently set Navigation Menu as the sticky element in the plugins’ settings, but this is not a valid classname.

Try setting it to #site-navigation and let me know if that gives you the results you need.

wow! incredible, thank you very much for your time and your help. People like you make www.remarpro.com an incredible place to work! keep going!

ps. i noted that the mobile version of the menu now have some problems and i can’t show it! do you know why? how can i solve?

I took a quick look at your site, and simulated my plugin to be deactivated, and the mobile menu still doesn’t work.

Can you deactivate the Sticky Anything plugin for a bit and see if the menu on mobile works then? If that’s the case, please leave it deactivated and let me know so I can take a look.

yes mark, that’s the case, cause i have deactivated the plugin and the mobile menu went back to work…
i leave it deactivated waiting your news! thank you, at the end of this support ticket i will be happy to donate to you something!

Got it! You can turn it back on again. ??

I think there’s an conflict issue with JavaScript, but I’m not sure. Once it’s turned on again, I can see.

    ok, reactivated!

    Thanks!

I think I see the problem. When you’re on mobile, the menu is not visible by default. However, you’re still trying to make it sticky, based on its current position on screen. But, since it’s not visible, that creates some confusion — you can’t make something sticky if it’s not there, basically.

The best two suggestions I can give you, is to disable the sticky feature for screens below 1200px, or to use #masthead as the sticky element (which will also make the logo sticky).

    Hope that helps!

I am also having a problem
Where do i find the menu name .
    I have ubermenu
    https://www.hotelsincubatravel.com

@elias2001 For your site, you can either use #ubermenu-nav-main-18-primary-menu or .ubermenu-nav as the Sticky Element in the plugin settings.

You are awesome can you tell me where you found the name ,. was in the elements ?

To find the element, you have to use the web inspector in your browser to go through the code and highlight the element in question.
