In order to define the reason of this error please provide the link to your website where our plugin is activated.
We also recommend to complete the following steps to define possible issues caused by your active theme or other plugins:
1) Activate default WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Fourteen, Twenty Fifteen) and check if the problem remains.
2) Deactivating all plugins except Google CAPTCHA (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft and also check if the problem remains. If not, activate all plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking if the problem appears again.
