Doesn't work

    I’m testing this on a local wordpress so maybe the problem has to do with that, I don’t know, I’m new at this stuff. But here is the problem, thank you.

    As soon as it is activated it says to: Go to “Setting” and click on “Link to questions frontend list”

    When I click on frontend list I get this:

    All Questions

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function ctype_alnum() in /Applications/AMPPS/www/jerryandgod/wp-content/plugins/cm-answers/views/frontend/answer/index.phtml on line 17

  • Hi,
    ctype is a PHP module and it’s enabled by default from PHP version 4.2.0. If you have PHP version lower than 5.3 you have to upgrade it because CMA requires at least PHP 5.3.
    Otherwise you need to configure PHP to make the ctype extension enabled. Contact your server administrator if you cannot do this by yourself.
