    Did you read any threads? The answers to common issues
    are here. This is an issue caused by your server running an outdate php version. Simply update to 5.4 or better and you’d have been golden. Sites looking good though.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
