Doesn't work

  • Absolutely does not work, even with username and email as the first columns, and the only other error it throw is “First row represents the form of sheet” which makes no sense.

    Have you tried to make a question in the support?

    Send me your CSV or give me access to your site and I see it.

    It is working to thousends of people, so please, do not do bad reviews if the problem is probably from you.

    This is not fair for the developers.

    This is not fair that you make a bad review (after all the work we do free for you, the users) and now you don’t answer anything in order to solve it.

    I will be out from today till the 14th, but if you want, send me to carazo AT gmail DOT com the CSV (with dummy data) and this will be a pleasure to fix it.

    It is incredible that someone that seems to use WordPress like you oftenly, make so much hurt to developers like us, without writing any thread in the support forum.
