Doesn't work! :(

  • When I select Cash on Delivery, after a few moments, the selection automatically skips back to the primary payment method (which in my case is a payment gateway). It doesn’t add the COD charges to the cart totals either.

    Just to check I added an extra charge to the payment gateway, and that worked fine. It is only the COD that doesn’t work.

    Is there something wrong with my setup? My COD is set to work with all shipping methods.

    do you have the latest plugin version?
    What payment gateways are you using?
    have you disabled other plugins and test?
    Have you tried a default theme?
