Good plugin – lacking support

  • After chasing CodeMenschen for over a month and leaving negative reviews, we finally heard back from them!

    They fixed the issues we and other users had and offered free lifetime updates and support.

    It’s a good plugin (if it works) but not good support.

    Thanks for your reply on this.

    We have tested the latest version of plugin and it seems to be working fine in iPhone devices now but showing more issues in the other parts of the plugin.

    Here is the list of details for your reference.

    1) We have added a test product with description in it with html tags but it was rendering properly in the pages. Please check the below screencast for the same.

    2) The PDF preview and page elements are showing the html tags

    3) The Final PDF shows alignment issues if we few lines of text as description. There is no limit set or proper alignment fixed in this Please check the screenshot here https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cFlbQKrGKf

    4) The Gift voucher Export the payment list but the exported report.xls format not working properly. It shows invalid format and then it opens. Please check the screenshot here https://we.tl/t-xeM7l0Y7OD

    Please let me know when you can address all these issues. All these kind of bugs consuming all of hours to show them at each step ??

    Hello @developermhm,

    Now I released today new updated version with some fixes. Now special character issue is resolved from this new version. There is only one issue left, which is export button issue. We are working on this issue. Hope, we will release again new update in next 1-2 working days.
