Doesn’t trigger the upsell when purchsaed

    HI I have setup Paypal, Stripe and eveyrthing is working normally. But when i make a purchase it doesnt trigger the upsell. Tried with live paypal and stripe as well.

    I have a currency Woocom Multi Currency app as well. Not sure if thats the case.

    Please go to WordPress Admin Dashboard > 1 Click Upsell > Global Settings > Manage Upsell supported payment gateways.

    And ensure that the Payment method you are using has the Upsell Supported Check mark.

    Thanks for showing interest in our plugin

    Yes our Plugin supported Paypal and Stripe Payment gateway but these payment gateways supported in our premium version.

    The free version is having certain limitations including product types and Payment Gateways.

    For testing purposes, you can use Simple products as Target and Offer products and Delivery method as COD (Cash On Delivery).

    As the compatibility with various Payment Gateways and Page Builders are provided in the Premium version which supports Other Product types such as Variable, Downloadable and Subscription Products as well.
