Hello. Thank you for your magical plugin.

I encountered such a problem: some are not translated immediately or not translated at all.

I’m testing a plugin on a storefront theme. When I add an item to the cart, woocommerce kindly informs me of the success with the woocommerce-message. This message is not translated.

Also, when I go to the cart page, the item I just added is still in the original language. Until the first page reload.

Can you tell me how to solve these problems?

Hello. Thank you for your answer. I met the problem on two accounts. The first is an account that belongs to the client. I wanted to see if there was a problem with the theme, so I created a test account for my test site. And also met this problem. Here are both logins:
    Tverskayaiv
    forjosis holiday

Hello. On my first specified account, the limit is now exceeded (I’m talking about Tverskayaiv). I am considering the idea of ??buying a paid plan. But I’m still not sure if the plugin will work as it should. The second, forjosis holiday test account, is kept within the limit of words. But he has the problems I described.

Hello. I checked the website that’s under Tverskayaiv. Yes the limit is alreday exceeded that’s why not all the text translated. Hovewer I see the website doesn’t match the screenshots you sent earlier. If you have any information to share please contact us here: [email protected]

Hello. Sorry, it took me a while to create a new test site. So, I’m sure you’re wrong and the problem is not my account limit.

    1. I ran into a problem while I had a 10k word limit.
    2. Here is my new test account: [email protected]. I added a new almost empty site to it. And there’s the same problem here. Here is the screenshot:

There is no problem with the wordcount. ConveyThis has crawled 8 pages on your almost empty site and attached is the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/aCeuxS-7kw5h

Hello to you too. Could you read my message again, please? I have been trying to buy a subscription to your wonderful (really wonderful) service for a month now. But I have a problem. Not everything is translated. You pointed me to the limit. I made a new site and I’m showing you that the problem is not the limit. Here I am adding a product to the cart and see an untranslated woocommerce message:
    https://work3.zatomay.com/en/product/test/

    Can not you see?

Where is the “untranslated woocommerce message”?

    Make a screenshot pls

I share more screenshots with you. As you can see, the text is not translated. So I think the problem is woo ajax content. I think that your script does not catch changes and does not translate messages. Maybe I’m wrong. But please let me know if I can solve it or not.

Also the screen was in my very first message. Here look:

Well, the page on the screenshot is different from the URL you originally provided: https://work3.zatomay.com/en/product/test/

As for these Ajax notices during the actual payment checkout, yes, we will look into it.

Give us some time to check.

You are actually wrong, sorry. I just provided you with more screenshots to tell you about my hypothesis. Because there is still a problem on the order page. But let’s get back to the product.

I wrote that you need to add the product to the cart https://work3.zatomay.com/en/product/test/
You didn’t add. So, you can:

    1. follow the link:
      https://work3.zatomay.com/en/product/test/
    2. Add item to cart
    3. See the result I sent you https://prnt.sc/aybANNEfmEjj

But thanks for “Give us some time to check.” This already makes me a little happy.

Hello. I did as you told me and here is what I get:

    https://prnt.sc/EZKW-8UHQhuP

As you can see it turns to the “You have placed the “translation product test” in your shopping cart.” which is the correct translation.

As I can see I have attached enough screenshots to prove my problem. I also saw this problem from the phone (not with wi-fi). For two weeks I show you the problem on 3 sites. But you tell me “no problem :P”. You don’t think that I sent you a fake instead of real screenshots?)
