Doesn't take my vendor shipping

Hello J,

I believe you have saved the changes after editing the shipping part from the vendor’s dashboard as a vendor. Also, please ensure that as a vendor you have selected the location which comes under the shipping zone defined by the admin.

After checking them also if issue still persists then please let us know.

Ok, so I have first to create the zone and put a basic price (orno price) as admin, and after I can change it as a vendor, but does each vendor can put a price ?

What happen if vendors have different prices ?
Vendor1: 10$ shipping cost
Vendor2: 20$ shipping cost
I will pay 30$ of shipping ?

Is it possible to put a price for the whole sale or a same vendor ?
Is it possible to take the highest shipping price of the a vendor from a sale with articles from different vendors ?

Hmm… I would suggest you to go through Table Rate Shipping documentation.

I believe this will help you to understand the working flow of the Table Rate shipping. After going through this documentation, if you are intact with the same queries or some more queries hits you then please let us know. I would surely like to explain them for you.

I’ve checked the manual, and I don’t know why I don’t have the calculation type option ‘per order’ (as shown in the manual, title: 3. Choose your calculation type)

Is it because of the marketplace ?

@jcousin- You are correct. In marketplace, since we have per line item shipment calculation, per order option cannot work here.

Sorry, another question, how can I put a price at 0 for a zone ?

For example, sending to Colombia it’s 10$ but to France it’s free, how is it possible, because if I put a 0 it doesn’t register it.

Sorry for this inordinate delay. I hope by putting 0, you want make this a free shipping. You can create “Free Shipping” as a shipping ,method for that zone.
