Plugin does not sync orders

    I’ve been trying to use this plugin for 1 years now, waiting for updates to see if it would fix my problem.

    I’ve never been able to actually sync my orders. It’s always at 0. I tried deleting the plugin and re-installing it. I tried the blue sync button many times.

    Nothing I’ve read in past year on this support thread has worked for me.

    I had some problems too with syncing products but that seems to be working now.

    Thanks for the post. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been having trouble getting the plugin to work, and we want to help out as much as we can. To dig in, could you confirm that you’re using the latest version of MailChimp for WooCommerce (v 2.0.2) and get back to us with your WooCommerce System Status report? Also, if you’re seeing any MailChimp for WooCommerce specific errors, those would be helpful, too.

    Thanks for the response! I noticed that the MySQL version running on your site is a bit out of date and does not meet the minimum server recommendations listed here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/ That could be causing issues with plugin functionality. Does the issue persist after updating to MySQL 4.6 or greater?

    Hi @mcsupport,

    I did upgrade to MySQL 4.6 but the issue still persist…

    I still have products that aren’t syncing and no orders at all:

    Products: 76/81
    Orders: 0/512

    Thanks for reaching back out! I apologize, but it looks like I mistyped – The linked server requirements for WooCommerce, found here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/ request MySQL version 5.6 or greater. In the system status report I’m seeing MySQL Version: 5.5.54. Updating the MySQL version to meet the minimum requirements should sort things out, but please let us know if you continue to experience any issues!

    Thanks for that clarification! I’m sorry to hear it’s still not working properly. In this case, it might be best for the MailChimp support team to take a closer look at the connected MailChimp account and the API calls being sent from the integration. Could you please reach out to their team using the MailChimp contact form, here: https://mailchimp.com/contact/ and include a link to this blog post, noting that your WooCommerce System Status report can be found here? Also, if you can do any testing to try to rule out theme or plugin conflicts in a dev environment that would be very helpful as well. Often a theme or plugin conflict can cause synching issues. Setting up a dev environment with only WooCommerce and MailChimp for WooCommerce installed initially and then adding your existing plugins to that dev environment can help detect any problematic plugins that may exist on your site.
