Doesn’t support translation and zero support

Although it says the theme is translation ready, it is not true. It does not work with polylang, whatever string translations you enter, the home page remains the same in every language. And for that, you get zero support. For days I have been waiting to get some help at the theme support forum, in the end I realized they even deleted my credentials, so I cannot log in to the forum or retrieve my username/password.
