    Hey there,

    In your PayPal account there is setting, PayPal Account Optional, found at Profile > My Selling Tools > Website Preferences. Set that to On and let us know if that helps.

    It’s done but does not help.
    In WooCommerce settings:

    Enable PayPal Express Checkout
    Enable In-Context Checkout
    Allow buyers to pay without a PayPal account
    are checked.

    Can you confirm you’ve checked the setting I mentioned previously in your PayPal.com account?

    Website Payment Preferences

    Auto Return: On

    Return URL: settled up

    Return URL Requirements: The following items are required in order to set up Auto Return.

    Payment Data Transfer: On

    Block Non-encrypted Website Payment: off

    Express Checkout Settings:
    Support giropay and bank transfer payments: Yes

    Checkout on Paypal does not depend on any setting but on Paypal that will decide if someone can checkout with a credit card or not. If Paypal decides that it’s not safe, it will force to open an account.
