Hello @toasticuss
Thank you for your review. However, I need to point out that your statements are not factual.
The W3 Total Cache does support Cloudflare. As you cannot use Cloudflare as a CDN to serve only static files, Cloudflare is not listed in the CDN drop-down menu.
In W3 Total Cache we have a Cloudflare extension in Performance>Extensions which you can configure and connect the Cloudflare with the W3 Total Cache. This is well documented; you can also see the article in our documentation.
W3 Total Cache does not have affiliate links to different CDN providers. We are recommending Stackpath at the moment, however, W3 Total Cache is the only plugin that allows you to connect with many different CDN providers using the API and not only generic mirror as other plugins are offering. So W3 Total Cache offers you a lot of options depending on the CDN provider you are using, without pushing you to use any of them.
I would appreciate it if you could share those affiliate links as I cannot see them within the plugin.
As for the Premium support service, yes, we are offering Premium support for FSD CDN – Full site delivery CDN. This is different than the regular CDN which only serves static files. And since it’s more complicated and time-consuming since the entire website needs to point to the CDN provider, this is the price for this Premium support solution. The regular CDN setup is a regular Plugin configuration.
I hope this clarifies any misunderstanding you may have had with how the W3 Total Cache works with Cloudflare and any different CDN providers.
Thanks!
