Doesn't Submit to Google Sheet

  • Hi,

    I’m currently using the free plugin and I’m planning to get the pro version so that I could have multiple connections.

    However, currently I’m facing some issues. The plugin used to function properly in the development server that I was working on but when I moved the WordPress site to the clients server it doesn’t work anymore. The contact form just keeps loading when the submit button is pressed.

    Is there a certain option on the server or PHP that is causing it?

    Our latest update requires a PHP Version > 5.3 installed on the end server. Do you happen to know the PHP versions of both your development server and your client’s development server? Knowing that information might allow us to dig a little deeper.

    Yes.

    Development Server – PHP Version 5.4.30

    Clients Server – PHP Version 5.6.8

    Could it be due to a certain setting being disabled in the php.ini file or some server permission that the plugin requires?
