Doesn't stream and play audio in mobile?

  • After embedding the bluebrry plugin in a WordPress post, I play it through my laptop. It takes some time, but the audio plays. When I try the same thing with the same Wi-Fi connection in my mobile, the audio shows no sign of playing.

    I tried with other blogs hosting podcasts and their’s play normally in desktop and mobile–that too quickly. I don’t know what plugin they are using.

    The audio is hosted in libsyn. Sadly I can’t change this host.

    Did you ask in the blubrry.com forums (we monitor the forums daily).

    Without providing a link to the page with the play issue in question I can only give you the most common reasons why this is happening. Instant playback in a browser is determined by a number of things. First is the format of the media, and is the media saved optimized for the web?
