    This type of issue might come if you are using the custom product template or might banner options are not set properly.

    It would be good that you can share the detail about the settings and theme template that you are using for your site?

    Also, share your site product URL in that you have set the banner.

    So, we can review them in detail and get back to you.

    Or you can check with the default woocommerce theme and only our plugin settings to confirm that issue is related to site-specific or another plugin conflict.
