    OK, some questions;
    * are you hosting your site yourself, or are you on one of the “wordpress as a service”-platforms?
    * how did you install?
    * did you activate it after installation?
    * did you try removing via FTP and then re-installing?
    * is there anything in your phperror-logfile?

    Hi Frank,

    thanks for your reply. I’m hosting the site myself.
    But it might be important to know that it is a multi-site website. Could that be a problem? Not every plugin is suitable for multi-sites.
    I’ll remove it via ftp.

    Regards

    Should work perfectly in MU, I use that as my test environment.

    Hi Frank,

    good news, it works now. I deleted it via ftp, uploaded the newest version, also via ftp, and activated it.

    One last question. When you say it works perfectly in MU, does that mean I can configure it for the entire network or do I have to do it for each sub-page individually?

    Thanks
    Thomas

    no, there currently is no admin for the entire network, you’ll have to configure for each site separately.
