Doesnt show up for products heavier than 20 kilos

    Hello! THis is a great plugin and everything works fine, expect one thing. I guess I do something wrong in setting this up.

    I am using Version 5.1.1, with woocommerce Version 3.5.7 and Weight Based Shipping Version 5.2.4.1

    Everything works fine and shippings cost are calculated in the cart, untill you add to cart products heavier than 20 kilos.

    Any help with this will be really appreciated, because i finished the shop last week and I found it out just now…

    What I’ve just seen is that it doesnt work when there is a weight rate as well as flat rate.

    Same happens when order weight between 2-5 kilos. SHipping cost doesnt appear again, so the problem only occurs when flat rate is combined with weight rate. Doesnt the plugin support this https://prntscr.com/n4bnni ???

    Thank for the screenshot and details.

    Looking at the screenshot, I can see no rules to match orders over 20kg as well as orders in the range of 2-5kg. Please notice the Weight column in the rules table. Do you see that?

    Hello, I thought I could that i could have the choice to have flat rate and charges per kilo at the same shipping rule.

    The Plus version of the plugin supports overriding prices for specific shipping classes. You can check whether it works for you on the fully-functional demo staging.

    We have also an advanced shipping plugin which is more flexible than WBS and might be better fit your case. Demo staging.
