Doesn't show all download link of a second purchase

  • Hi , i have some virtual products that contain 8 download links.
    If you purchase one product, you can see the 8 download links in the account/download page.

    If you later purchase another product also with 8 downloads, you don’t see all the 16 download links that should be available ?? but you see a random number of links

    Sometimes refreshing the download page solve the problem, sometimes not.

    Please…….. help me ??

    Random? Are you seeing cached pages I wonder? Clear browser cache and look again.

    Thank you Mike for your quick answer
    but is not a cache problem, it happen when you purchase 2 products that have some download link the same.
    For example, if i sell 2 album with 8 songs, and 2 songs are the same in the 2 album, i expect to see 16 download links (2 are the same) or 14 download links (because you disable the double links)
    But instead of this scenario, i see some links but not all

    If you view the orders, are all the permissions listed?
