Doesn’t Send Mail

    Hi! I love the idea of this plugin. However, no mail is sent when I complete the I NEED HELP form on the front end.

    I have set the FROM email to [email protected] and the TO email to my email.

    Nothing is ever sent.

    Any ideas?

    Happy to hear; I wasn’t sure if this plugin would be of any use to anyone.

    Does the no-reply email account actually exist?

    Do other types of emails from your site work?

    What host are you using?

    Any special SMTP/Google Workspace integrations that you’re aware of?

    Can you try sending a test email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ from the site?
