    Hi
    The form is normally shown, configurated for sending mail to info[at]maisons-eugie.com with a succefful message. But it doesn’t send or show anything, and even after having installed and succefully tested the “wp mail smtp” plugin.
    So … help?
    Otherwise I’ll have to look for another form plugin.

    Thanks for contacting us. Please do the following and inform me of your results:
    1) check if your administrator email is correct
    2) check your spam folder
    3) check if you don’t get emails in all submissions
    4) check your SMTP settings( Create a new user in WordPress and see if you are getting and auto-message to the email which was written when creating a new user)

    unfortunatly,
    1) checked but no change
    2) nothing in the spam folder
    2) I tried the form with only the required fields: no change at all
    4) done and autmatic message received
    So?

    May we kindly ask you to inform which version of the plugin do you use?
    Is it the latest 1.4.9? If no, please, update the plugin and check if the issue exists or not.

    Hi,
    You may kindly ask … but sadly it is the latest 1.4.9 version.
    I had to move in the footer a fiew calls for scripts, you may see it in the source by yourself, for speed insights matters. Perhaps it’s the cause of the problem, but if it is not rapidely solved, I’ll have to install another plugin, sorry to have to write it.
