doesn’t sen to some emails and pointless Sender Name

I had 6 enquiries which I wasn’t aware of because to some email addresses it doesn’t send.
Also there seam to be no basic setting so the emails are received as if from the actual sender.
Instead you have some kind of strange field in settings called ‘Sender Name’. How do I know who will send me an email enquiry?

This should not be arranged as sending emails from my WordPress page but as if it was sent from the sender automatically filled with their nam and email address they have given. THis is how it’s done in all logic forms for many years.
