Doesn’t Seem to Work with Subscription Variable Products

I’m using a UPS Shipping plugin but don’t want to use UPS Shipping on Variable Subscription productss but offer free shipping. Therefore, I created a Free Shipping “Zone” while the “UPS” plugin is a separate zone. Using the plugin, I went in to create the following condition:
– Enable Ruleset
– Conditions: Products include (variable subscription product)
– Actions: Enable Shipping methods –> Free Shipping; Disable shipping methods –>UPS
What happens? After adding the assigned free-shipping product to the cart, the free shipping option does not display. Instead, the UPS shipping options post. So I can’t say that this is working for me.

WooCommerce finds the first matching zone and skips the rest. This means that all shipping methods need to be in a single zone for a single region.
The ruleset you’ve looks correct so does it work if you remove the other zone and have the shipping methods in a single zone? Also don’t forget to update the ruleset once you’ve rearranged zones.
If this doesn’t work, please enable debug mode at WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Conditions > Debug mode. It will show how rulesets are working in the checkout like this:
It should reveal if there are interfering rulesets or another plugin is affecting availability.
