I have some sites hosted on a Plesk server and this plugin is the only thing that doesn’t seem to work. It can find images but cannot download any of them. The server is configured to serve sites with FPM and Nginx only (no Apache, but not sure if this is the cause). Also Plesk has a nice WordPress toolkit which algo suggest some security measures to tighten things up, but disabling these security measures doesn’t make the plugin work.

I have checked the error logs during the download of an image and it shows the plugin making a call to /wp-json/test but it seems that it times out right there. Any ideas on what might be going on?

Hi @denisgomesfranco If it’s failing at the test then it sounds like REST API access is being blocked.

When you visit the Instant Images page in WordPress, is there a warning at the top of the page?

Hey dcooney, sorry for taking so long to reply.
No, there are no warnings at all. And when clicking on an image it simply gets stuck on DOWNLOADING.
