Doesn’t seem to work with Page Builder

  • I would like to use the Page Builder plugin to build the page that the button is going on, but the pop-up does not seem to work when using this plug-in.

    Any thoughts on a fix, or using in conjunction with the page builder plugin?

    Thank you for using Direct Stripe.

    Many page builders tend to be buggy with added pieces of frontend.
    Could you tell me which are you using? I’ll try to test.

    Hey Nicolas,

    Thank you for getting back to me. Yes, I really like the plugin, as its one of the only ones that easily lets me specify the plan I want a registration to go to.

    I am using PageBuilder by Site Origin.

    I realize page builders are a bit buggy, but I am not a coder (aside from small CSS adjustments). Thus, I need the help.

    Let me know if there is anything that can be done to work together with them.

    Thank you again for using Direct Stripe.

    I am not familiar with page builders and I’m not sure if I did it the right way but as I couldn’t add a Direct Stripe button from the page builder view, I setup the layout from the page builder view and then “revert to editor” to insert the Direct Stripe button in the html generated by the page builder ( pointing the cursor in the right place of the code ).

    It worked as expected after that, but there may be an easier way to add the button, how did you proceeded? I’ll try your way to see if I reproduce an error.
