Doesn't seem to work with Firefox on iMacs

I have an iMac and a MacBook Pro running 10.9.2 using FireFox 28.0. I have a web site using this plugin and it fails to drop down when selected on both computers. It works fine, however, with Chrome and Safari (haven’t checked others). Not sure what’s going on.
