Doesn’t seem to work with ACF WYSIWYG Field

  • Can anyone confirm whether this will work on ACF’s TinyMCE WYSIWYG field. I’m just pasting the YouTube code inline like you’d normally add to WP’s default content field. However, this plugin doesn’t seem to detect it.

    LYTE works on the_content by default which is used for standard pages and post, having it work on other fields will require some glue code.

    I get it. Because my ACF TinyMCE field could be called anything_field. YouTube Lyte’s shortcode works inside the ACF’s TinyMCE field so that’s better than nothing. Much appreciated for your plugin.
