I’ve set it up with ‘When cookie has value’ and set it up as…

    Cookie name is cookie_notice_accepted.
    Cookie value is true

However, real time tracking is not showing as working once the cookie is accepted.

I’ve tried not being logged in, turning off tracking protection on the browser, clearing cookie/browser history.

Any other things i can try?
I’m running autoptimize but even tried adding analytics.js to the exception.

The Tag inspector within Google is saying…

    No HTTP response detected
    Missing analytics.js script

    When its there?

There doesn’t seem to be anything off with your tracking snippet. Analytics.js is populated as well. So it shouldn’t be a coding issue.

What I do see, however, is that your cookieDomain is set to ‘_’ (underscore). Why is that? It’s like your servers PHP configuration isn’t working correctly.

Could you ask your hosting provider, why $_SERVER[‘SERVER_NAME’] outputs ‘_’ while it should output ‘centiq.co.uk’ in your case?

Okay thank you, i’ll ask them and get back.

Looks like it was a server problem as you suggested, they responded with this…

This looks to have been an nginx misconfiguration error – the syntax for setting up a default site is to use an underscore “_” character for the server_name parameter.

I have added the domain to the server_name parameter, with the addition of the “_” to catch all other requests.
