Doesn’t search media metadata

  • First, I love the concept of Ajax Search! But, I’m trying to get it to search my media (image) files without success. The media have a lot of metadata including custom taxonomy fields (photo cities, photo countries) plus standard caption and alternative text fields. None of that data is being returned in search results. I’m probably doing something wrong, but I can’t tell what.

    Hi,

    Do you mean returning media attachments (images) as results? That is unfortunately not possible with the free version.

    Yes, I want search results to return photos that have metadata hits on search terms. You can confirm that the Pro version will return photo results?
