Just installed the plugin and tried to test it out. Following the steps as described in “How can I create a chart? — ‘Select the chart type that best suits your data visualization needs and click on the “Next” button located near the bottom right corner of the popup.

Upon clicking on the “Next” icon, the ‘circle of dots’ in the blank space kept on rotating – nothing happened (it has been more than 10 minutes already).

Can anyone advise what is wrong?

    Hello @parwaiz-khan

It might be a plugin conflict. Please deactivate all the plugins and check if that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find which one is creating the problem.

Also, make sure that you’re using the latest version of PHP

If you still find the same issue then please provide a screencast so I can take a close look. If you’re using Google Chrome you can use this extension to create screencasts: https://www.vidyard.com/govideo/.

If not then you can use this solution: https://www.screencast.com/.

    Hi Poonam,
Thank you for reaching out – somehow, I hadn’t received the email notification (from WP) of your first response.

Anyhow, for the tables, I found another plugin – and, for the charts, I taught myself calc (librefoffice). It works like a charm!

    Thank you.
