• It seems that the plugin doesn’t render anything on my blog.

I have an old plugin (WPAmazon from 2012) that still works, although I have doubts it still refers anything anymore, so I wanted something more recent. Unfortunately, after filling the info for the link I wanted, nothing is displayed.

I have several marketplaces, I have the product key that work, but nothing is actually integrated in the page.

    Any advice?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Dear @matthieubrucher,

Please update to latest plugin version first and if that doesn’t solve the issue, please answer the following to help us to debug the issue:

    1. Browser version on which you are facing the issue.
    2. Does the issue occur on all browsers or only a specific browser?
    3. PHP version (You can use plugins like display PHP version that display your PHP version on the WordPress dashboard)
    4. WordPress version
    5. PHP error logs
    6. List of plugins installed on your system
    7. Operating System version(OS version).
    8. Browser console log error (if any) generated at the time of the error. Steps to get the console logs:

Open the Console window in Chrome using Ctrl + Shift + J (or Cmd + Opt + J on Mac) Follow this for reference.
Hit the Save button and check the console log errors
Send us the screenshot of console log by sharing them using any 3rd party image sharing tool.

    9. Web server version(apache/nginx)

    Hi,
This was the latest version, fresh install on the latest WP.
There is no reason to give you any browser version or Chrome logs, the code was not generated. There can be no logs there.

PHP is an old one IIRC, but no logs available to me.

    Regards

I just discovered this is happening too in my blog, and it worked before for me. Two weeks ago, it still worked. Now, I updated all, and yeah, all is gone. I didn’t though something like this could happen.

For example, I had a post with lots of links and images, and now I have nothing.

I will try to rollback to see if I can get it working again, but it is very disappointing that a large company didn’t took enough time to be prepared for the new WordPress version.

After making some tests, trying to rollback and looking in a local copy of my site what was wrong. But at the local site everything worked just fine.

At the end I noticed this is something caused by the geo-location. In my phone with data connection it worked. It seems to not work well with IPV6 addresses.

As I was already using also another geolocation database plugin, I changed it there, and now it seems to work somehow. But it didn’t worked though when I disabled the other plugin (I tried to let only the Amazon plugin alone, and didn’t work on my computer).

So I don’t know. But it should be maybe looked at.

Completely lost. Now it works sometimes, and sometimes not… ?? What is happening?
